We offer completely managed support which alone costs more than complete VPS package at dedicated server providers!
We charge only month for month, so if you are not happy with our services you are not bound by any contracts. We will try to help you success, because your success means our success too!

In addition to fully managed support you get from our experts, we are also hosting all our nodes with premium dedicated server providers. We could easily find a 2-4 times less expensive dedicated server provider, but in that case we would lose premium bandwidth, high quality network, managed services and everything else which comes with premium provider like we have. Every single one of our nodes support engineers have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hosting industry. In addition, the majority of our technical staff hold certifications in Linux, Microsoft, Cisco, and other areas related to your server deployment. Having an experienced, trained, and certified group of technical support engineers is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of your hosting infrastructure.
Having a team of professionals dedicated to supporting your particular hosting platform is essential to ensuring maximum uptime, performance, and speedy resolution to any problems that may arise. Our providers takes a different approach to providing support. When you call or submit a ticket, you know that you aren't in a queue to be answered by a random "call center" rep. We are the ONLY VPS provider with this feature! We will help you with PHP, ASP, .NET, Java, MySql, SQL Server! This really sounds too good to be true, but since we are also a software development company, we can offer this service to you. We do not host our VPS on white box low quality servers. All our servers are brand name Supermicro or HP hardware with server motherboards, ram, CPU, Adaptec RAID controllers with dedicated memory, RAID 10 HDD. You can be rest assured that server on which your VPS is running is stable as a rock!
When you buy any VPS package from us you get absolutely dedicated RAM which is allocated the moment we turn on your VPS. If you buy the 2Gb RAM VPS feel free to actually use 2GB RAM 100% of the time. Your VPS will not swap to HDD or slow down even one second because your 2Gb of RAM is just yours. If you don't use your 2Gb RAM it will just sit there unused and wait for your VPS to use it. Really, for us its completely the same if you use 2Gb or 256Mb of RAM with your 2Gb VPS package!
We settle only with best, and HDD space is not an exception. You will get RAID 10 HDD or RAID 60 space on Adaptec RAID controler with its own memory. Configure one of the dedicated servers with those features and see why our VPS are simply more cost effective.

Traditional networks are managed using BGP, a protocol that attempts to improve network performance by measuring the distance (number of hops) between the end user and the server they are accessing. The shortest distance between two points is not always the fastest. Utilizing Internap's FCP-10Gx routing optimization appliance, every path out from our network is continuously monitored for latency, packet loss, route stability, and congestion. This method of routing optimization ensures maximum network performance, giving you up to 50% faster network speeds over BGP.

Public Network SLA
VpsWebServer guarantees 100% public network availability. If Customer experiences public network unavailability for more than 20 consecutive minutes in any calendar month, Customer will receive, at Customer's request, one (1) day Service Credit for each 20 minutes of public network unavailability. Customer may obtain no more than one (1) month Service Credit in any given calendar month.
Private Network SLA
VpsWebServer guarantees 100% private network availability. If Customer experiences private network unavailability for more than 45 consecutive minutes in any calendar month, Customer will receive, at Customer's request, one (1) day Service Credit for each 45 minutes of private network unavailability. Customer may obtain no more than one (1) month Service Credit in any given calendar month.
VpsWebServer guarantees 100% infrastructure availability. If Customer experiences infrastructure unavailability for more than 45 consecutive minutes in any calendar month, Customer will receive, at Customer's request, one (1) day Service Credit for each 45 minutes of infrastructure unavailability. Customer may obtain no more than one (1) month Service Credit in any given calendar month. Infrastructure constitutes the necessary resources to properly operate any given server. Infrastructure availability includes power delivery (PDU's, UPS's & Generators), cooling systems and facilities.
Hardware Replacement SLA
VpsWebServer guarantees 2-hour hardware replacement in the event of a hardware failure. If Customer experiences unavailability for more than 2 consecutive hours in any calendar month due to a hardware failure, Customer will receive, at Customer's request, one (1) day Service Credit for each 2 hours of unavailability. Customer may obtain no more than one (1) month Service Credit in any given calendar month. Hardware Replacement SLA does not cover time that may be required to reconfigure or reload software and/or operating systems.
Notification SLA (Public/Private Network Outage)
VpsWebServer will provide a "best-effort" response to notify Customer of a network outage within 30 minutes of incident.
Notification SLA (Scheduled Maintenance)
VpsWebServer will provide a "best-effort" response to notify Customer of any scheduled maintenance 24-hours prior to maintenance being performed.
